Medofer Syrup Medofer syrup is iron supplement which contains Ferric Ammonium Citrate, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin, L-Lysine and Folic acid.

Medofer syrup is iron supplement which contains Ferric Ammonium Citrate, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin, L-Lysine and Folic acid. Role of key ingredient:- Ferric Ammonium Citrate is source of iron,Iron transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, thus making an individual feel energetic and preventing anemia. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia. Cyanocobalamin is particular importance during pregnancy. Cyanocobalamin promotes the initiation and maturation of blood cells supporting the pregnancy. Pyridoxine may play a role in the prevention of preeclampsia , where the mother’s blood pressure is high with large amounts of protein in the urine or other organ dysfunction, and in babies being born too early (preterm birth). Medofer syrup is used in the treatment of :- Iron deficiency anemia Nutritional deficiency anemia during pregnancy Anemia due to chronic blood loss Maintain hemoglobin level in old ages and convalescence Direction for use:- Medofer syrup can be taken orally with water, after meals.
