Laxy Syrup Laxy Syrup is an oral laxative stool softener, containing Milk of Magnesia and Liquid Paraffin, that provides immediate chronic constipation relief. Milk of Magnesia is osmotic-type laxative, helps to cause movement of the intestine, whiles Liquid Paraffin lubricates bowel and soften the stool. Role of key ingredients: Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid, which may induce defecation.
