Kaskol Syrup Kaskol syrup is a herbal cough preparation for the effective management of respiratory diseases. It is an effective bronchodilator which relaxes the muscles of the airway It is effective for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease where respiratory passages are blocked. It relieves bronchospasms and thus reduces chances of asthmatic attacks. It also also reduces inflammation of the upper as well as lower respiratory tracts and reduces congestion of the respiratory mucous membrane. Kaskol is useful in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases like chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, asthma with chronic bronchitis and upper respiratory tract infections. Direction for use: Adults:2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. In very severe conditions, the dosage may be increased to 2 teaspoonfuls thrice daily. Children: 4 months to 1 year : 1/2 teaspoonful twice daily. 1 year to 5 years : 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful twice daily. 6 to 14 years : 1 to 1½ teaspoonfuls twice daily or as directed by the physician. Use under medical supervision.
