Also, help in the regularizing bowel movements. Direction for use: Consume 5 – 10 g once or twice a day, before or after food and as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor. Children below the age of 5: Should take 1 -2 gms of the product, once or twice a day accompanied with a teaspoon of honey, warm milk or water.
