It contains Ashwagandha, Yashtimadhu, Shilajit, Gokshuru, Arjuna and Amlaki. Role of key ingredients:- Ashwagandha and Yashtimadhu act as anti-depressant, antioxidant and has similar action to Phytoestrogen. Thus it is useful for menopausal females.
