Cobal M Capsule Cobal M Capsule is a combination of Benfotiamine, Folic acid, L-Arginine, L-Glutamic acid and Methylcobalamin. Treatment with benfotiamine leads to increased intracellular thiamine diphosphate levels, a cofactor of transketolase. This enzyme directs advanced glycation and lipoxidation end products (AGE's, ALE's) substrates to the pentose phosphate pathway, thus reducing tissue harful free radicals (AGEs). Methylcobalamin is needed for the healthy development and sustenance of our circulatory, immune and nervous systems. Methylcobalamin offers nerve cell support in the brain, and contributes to stronger overall central nervous system function. L-glutamic acid helps nerve cells send and receive information from other cells. It is known for its ability to decrease or prevent nerve damage caused by anticancer drugs.
