It prevents the release of substances that causes pain and works quickly, usually within a few hours. Take it as prescribed to get the most benefit. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. In Infections Zanim 100mg/2mg Tablet is used to treat different types of bacterial infections such as in the lungs, throat, urinary tract, ear, stomach etc. It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria. It is advisable to continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and difficult to treat.
