In Treatment of Pain due to muscle spasm Y Coxib MR 60mg/4mg Tablet is a combination medicine that contains a painkiller as well as a muscle relaxant. It is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect muscles. Also, it effectively relieves muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Y Coxib MR 60mg/4mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Y Coxib MR 60mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasms. If you miss a dose of Y Coxib MR 60mg/4mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
