In Treatment of Severe bacterial infections Xpectra 300mg ER Tablet ER works by killing bacteria which can cause serious infections. It is used to treat many different types of bacterial infections such as infections of the lungs (pneumonia) and urinary tract. Xpectra 300mg ER Tablet ER usually makes you feel better very quickly but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xpectra 300mg ER Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Xpectra 300mg ER Tablet ER is an antibiotic medicine that is primarily used in the treatment of infections of the lungs and urinary tract. Additionally, it may also be used to treat skin and gynecological infections. It is usually used for infections that did not resolve with other antibiotics. Xpectra 300mg ER Tablet ER is the only medicine of its class that can be taken orally (by mouth). It may be taken with or without food. The dose and duration of treatment depend upon the severity of the infection and how you respond to the medicine. Take it at the same time each day and finish the complete course, even if you feel better. If you stop taking this medicine too early then the infection may return or worsen.
