Regular exercise and yoga can help improve the symptoms of asthma in the long term, in addition to improving overall health.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of asthma. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe. Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, restlessness, tremor, and palpitations. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

It is not known whether Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney : CAUTION

Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited information available on the use of Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Terphylin 10mg/2.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
