Svzoral-F10 Capsule should be taken on empty stomach, but try to have it same time regularly at a fixed time preferably at night. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Lifestyle modifications like avoiding stress, smoking, and processed food items may help this medicine work better.
