This can result in symptoms that can affect your quality of life. These include shortness of breath, tiredness, reduced concentration, pale or yellow skin, brittle nails etc. Sayfer XT Tablet helps treat as well as prevent iron deficiency by improving the level of iron in your body. It also reduces the risk of iron deficiency in pregnant and lactating women as well those who experience heavy menstrual periods. Along with taking Sayfer XT Tablet, include iron rich foods like spinach, dates, organ meats like liver, iron fortified cereals etc.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sayfer XT Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Sayfer XT Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. It enhances the absorption of iron in the body. This way it replenishes the iron stores in your body and helps treat anemia caused by iron deficiency. It also helps in the formation of red blood cells. Sayfer XT Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. Continue taking it as long as your doctor has prescribed it. However, do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects. It is generally safe medicine with little or no side effects.
