Controlling the blood glucose level helps prevent serious complications of diabetes such as kidney damage, blindness, and loss of limbs. Proper control of diabetes can also reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. Taking this medicine regularly along with a proper program of diet and exercise will help you live a normal, healthy life. You should keep using it for as long as it is prescribed for long-term benefits.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Saglipol 5 Tablet.
Saglipol 5 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Saglipol 5 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is too low or too high. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Saglipol 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Saglipol 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is recommended for dose adjustment.
Saglipol 5 Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Saglipol 5 Tablet is recommended.
If you miss a dose of Saglipol 5 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
