Besides using Saflab Kit, always maintain good personal hygiene to avoid any vaginal infection.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Saflab Kit may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Saflab Kit is a combination medicine used in the syndromic treatment of vaginal discharge. It stops the growth of microorganisms, also prevents any further spread of the infection. It balances good bacteria in the guts to prevent diarrhea which may occur as a side effect of this medicine. It is advised to take Saflab Kit as per the prescription. It can be taken with or without food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The course of the treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Sudden discontinuation of the treatment may affect the potency of the medicine. Some common side effects of this medicine are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and flatulence. If any of the side effects get aggravated, you must consult your doctor immediately. If you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek immediate medical help. Alcohol : UNSAFE

Consuming alcohol while taking Saflab Kit may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

Pregnancy : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Saflab Kit is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life

threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding : CAUTION

Saflab Kit should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Driving : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

It is not known whether Saflab Kit alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney : UNSAFE

Saflab Kit is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor. Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function.

Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Saflab Kit is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Saflab Kit may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Saflab Kit, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
