Pyril-D Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of migraine. It prevents pain signals to reach the brain to reduce pain.   Ans: Pyril-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen. Domperidone helps to control vomiting.
