This medicine is a probiotic. and it works by restoring the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset after antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections. Progermina Bottle Oral Suspension(5ml Each) should be taken in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. You may take this medicine along with oral rehydration solution (ORS) as it will also help to provide adequate fluid and electrolyte replacement. In case you have missed a dose take it as soon as you remember it and try to finish the full course of treatment. Remember to consult doctor while taking any other medicine specially steroids or antibiotic along with this medicine. It is an effective medicine with very little or no side effects however it may cause bloating and flatulence.
