In Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) is a group of lung diseases that cause breathing difficulties. Avoid smoking and minimise your exposure to pollution, dust and fumes. Along with that, a little exercise each day can help you stay strong. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.
