Take Paraphen 650mg/65mg Tablet by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Paraphen 650mg/65mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you miss a dose of Paraphen 650mg/65mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
