In Meniere's disease Ménière’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes severe dizziness (vertigo), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing loss, and a feeling of congestion in the ear. This is due to build-up of fluid in the inner ear. Otolanz PV Tablet reduces the amount of fluid and prevents symptoms from developing. It may take a couple of weeks before you notice any improvements but keep taking it, even if you do feel better, until your doctor advises it is safe to stop.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Otolanz PV Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Otolanz PV Tablet is a prescription medicine. This combination of medicines helps in treating vertigo or Meniere's disease. It promotes better blood flow in the inner ear. It also protects the brain and nerves at the time of oxygen shortage. Otolanz PV Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose. Some common side effects include headache, nervousness, fatigue, and stomach upset. These are usually well tolerated but if these side effects persist for a long time, please consult your doctor. Driving : UNSAFE

If you miss a dose of Otolanz PV Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

    Ans: Visit the nearest emergency department if you accidentally take too much of this medicine. Symptoms of taking too much of Otolanz PV Tablet may include tiredness, pupil dilation, inability to urinate, dry mouth, flushing, fast heart rate, sweating, headache, dizziness, and shakiness.
  • Q. Q. Can I stop taking Otolanz PV Tablet if I feel well??
    Ans: You should not stop taking Otolanz PV Tablet until your doctor informs you to stop it. If you stop taking Otolanz PV Tablet earlier than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).
