This medicine works by decreasing the production of certain chemicals that cause inflammation of the eyes. This will make it easier for you to go about your daily activities. Use it as prescribed to get the most benefit. If you see no improvement even after a week, talk to your doctor.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
Optizinc Eye Drop is an antiallergic medication. It is used to treat allergic conditions in the eye. The medicine provides relief from symptoms such as redness, swelling, itchiness, and watery eyes caused by allergies. Optizinc Eye Drop is for external use only. Optizinc Eye Drop is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or prolonged use of Optizinc Eye Drop may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby

Optizinc Eye Drop may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid with a clean finger. Hold the bottle over the eye and allow a single drop to fall into the space between your lower lid and your eye. Close your eye and gently press your finger over the inside corner of your eye (over the eyelid) for about a minute. This helps prevent the drop from draining out of the eye. Repeat in your other eye if your doctor has told you to do this.

    Ans: If you usually wear contact lenses, do not wear them while you're using Optizinc Eye Drop. You can re-insert the lens 15 minutes after using Optizinc Eye Drop. Contact your doctor if there is any eye irritation that persists.

    Ans: If you happen to miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. In order to avoid missing a dose, use a calendar, pillbox, alarm clock, or cell phone alert to help you remember to take your medication. You may also ask a family member a friend to remind you or check in with you to be sure you are taking your medication.

    Ans: Do not worry if a few more drops of Optizinc Eye Drop accidentally falls into your eye. However, try to be careful and inform your doctor if you notice any side effects.
  • Q. Q. Should I keep Optizinc Eye Drop in the refrigerator??
    Ans: You do not need to refrigerate Optizinc Eye Drop after opening the bottle. However, store it in a cool and dry place, below 30℃. Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
