You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective. Some common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, sleepiness, vomiting, nausea, and constipation. If any of these side effects do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know.   Ans: Nytram-SR 100 Tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness, especially in the beginning of the treatment. Do not drive or work with tools or machinery if your alertness is affected. It is not advisable to drink alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it might increase sleepiness.
