  Ans: The effects of this medicine may be noticed as early as one hour after taking and last approximately 24 hours.
• Q. Q. How much Nilhist 20mg Tablet can you take??
  Ans: The recommended dose of this medication is 1 tablet (20 mg) taken by mouth, once a day. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach; one hour before eating or two hours after eating for the best effect. Do not self-medicate and always consult your doctor.
