This lowers the cholesterol, thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism). Make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Niacin NF Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Niacin NF Tablet is used to treat peripheral vascular disease. This medicine helps to improve symptoms of poor blood circulation. It helps to widen the blood vessels and improve blood supply to the affected area. Niacin NF Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. You may take it with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine. It is preventing future harm. It may cause side effects like dizziness, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), headache, nausea, and vomiting. You must report to doctor if these effects bother you or your condition does not improve. Before taking it, you must inform doctor if you are suffering from any kidney or liver disease. Also let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and about all the other medications that you are taking regularly.

threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding : UNSAFE

Niacin NF Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.

Driving : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

It is not known whether Niacin NF Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
