It helps to prevent the formation of blood clots in your blood vessels. NAYA SA 81 MG/20 MG CAPSULE may be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain are some common side effects of this medicine. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. It might cause dizziness, avoid driving or attention-seeking activity until you know how the medicine affects you. The most common side effects of this medicine are increased tendency of bleeding, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting. If you experience any such side effects, ask your doctor about ways of reducing or preventing them. This medicine may sometimes cause you to bleed more easily (for example you may get nosebleeds or bruises). Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have ever had a prolonged problem when your blood did not clot properly or if you have had an ulcer or bleeding in your stomach or intestine. To make sure this medicine is safe for you, also tell your doctor if you have trouble with your liver or kidneys, have high blood pressure, or have asthma. Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before starting treatment. Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Heavy drinking can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

If you miss a dose of NAYA SA 81 MG/20 MG CAPSULE, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
