In Alzheimer's disease Moracetam AG Tablet improves learning, memory and information processing (cognitive function) in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. These problems in memory and thinking may start interfering with daily activities and worsen your condition. This medicine will help in managing Alzheimer’s disease effectively. It will make it easier for you to carry out your daily activities and improve your quality of life. Do not stop taking it unless advised by the doctor. It can take several weeks for your symptoms to improve; so keep using the medicine even if you do not think it is working.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Moracetam AG Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Moracetam AG Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It protects the nerve cells in the brain from damage and also helps to repair the damaged nerve cells. Therefore, it improves learning and memory. Moracetam AG Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. Some common side effects of this medicine include nervousness and abnormality of voluntary movements. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you. It can also lead to weight gain, so, eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid snacking with high-calorie food, and exercise regularly.

Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Moracetam AG Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Moracetam AG Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Moracetam AG Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
