  Ans: Use Melgain Lotion exactly as directed by your doctor. Read the instructions carefully before using. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly and then apply the lotion as a very thin film. For best results, apply it about 2 hours before retiring at night. Do not touch the treated patches for about an hour. Next morning, expose the patches to bright sunlight for 10-15 minutes. If it is not possible to expose to sunlight, you can use ultraviolet lamps.
