In Conscious sedation during diagnostic or therapeutic procedures Medistat 0.5mg Tablet is an anesthetic agent. It is used before medical procedures and surgery to cause drowsiness, relieve anxiety, and prevent any memory of the event. It is also sometimes given as part of the anesthesia during surgery to produce a loss of consciousness.This helps to carry out surgical procedures or diagnostic procedures without causing pain or discomfort to the patient.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Medistat 0.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Medistat 0.5mg Tablet is used as a sedative or for conscious sedation before diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
