In Treatment of Bacterial infections Manibac Dry Syrup helps treat infections that are caused by bacteria. It contains two medicines, Cefixime, and Clavulanic acid. Cefixime stops the growth of infection-causing bacteria. Clavulanic Acid enhances the activity of Cefixime against the bacteria as well as reduces resistance of the bacteria to the antibiotic. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all the infectious bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Manibac Dry Syrup is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Manibac Dry Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Manibac Dry Syrup may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Manibac Dry Syrup may cause side effects such as allergic reactions, dizziness or fits that may make you unfit to drive.
Manibac Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Manibac Dry Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Manibac Dry Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
