In Parkinson's disease Madopar 250 Tablet is a medicine that helps relieve symptoms of Parkinson's disease such as tremors, muscle stiffness and difficulty moving. It increases the amount of a chemical called dopamine in the brain which helps in coordination of body movements. This medicine can therefore enhance the quality of life by improving the ability to carry out daily functions in a better manner.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Madopar 250 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Madopar 250 Tablet with high protein meals such as cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, protein powder, eggs and milk.
Madopar 250 Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. It helps to reduce excessive shaking by slowing down the body movements. Driving : UNSAFE

    Ans: The effects of Madopar 250 Tablet on human bone during prolonged administration is not known. It is not to be given in patients less than 25 years of age since the skeletal development is incomplete. Also, it should be used with caution in patients with osteomalacia and osteoporosis.
