In Treatment of Constipation Lupiplax Tablet is a laxative that stimulates bowel movements. It increases the movement of the intestines, this helps empty your bowels and relieve constipation. It takes 6 to 12 hours to work and you may need several doses, but you should not take it every day for more than 5 days. This is a short-term treatment and should only be used when needed. It relieves the pain and discomfort caused due to constipation and improves your quality of life. Eat more high-fiber foods including fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation from happening.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupiplax Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

Lupiplax Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Patients may experience dizziness and/or syncope due to a vasovagal response (e.g. to abdominal spasm). If patients experience abdominal spasm they should avoid driving.

Kidney : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited information available on the use of Lupiplax Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor. Use of Lupiplax Tablet is generally not advised if there is associated vomiting as the loss of body water can be harmful to kidney function.

If you miss a dose of Lupiplax Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
