In Treatment of Liver disease Livsam 400mg Tablet protects the liver from damage against harmful chemicals, thereby improving overall health of the liver. This helps the liver to perform its normal functions. To make the medicine more effective and for general health benefits, stop smoking, maintain a healthy weight, and do not drink too much alcohol.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Livsam 400mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Livsam 400mg Tablet is a medicine used for the treatment of liver disease associated with reduced bile formation (intrahepatic cholestasis). It protects the liver cells from toxins and helps the liver to perform its normal functions. Livsam 400mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on the severity of your condition and your body weight. It is best swallowed whole, but you may need to break them to get the correct dose. This medicine needs to be taken regularly to get the most benefit and you may have to take it for several months or longer, so try to get into a routine. Keep using it as prescribed even if your symptoms disappear. Use of this medicine may cause some common side effects such as headache, dizziness, vomiting, upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation, increased sweating, and insomnia. Not everyone gets side effects. If you are worried about them, or they do not go away, let your doctor know. If you have problems with diarrhea your doctor may reduce the dose or stop the treatment. Drink enough water or fluids to stay hydrated in case of severe diarrhea and constipation. Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Driving : UNSAFE

Livsam 400mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
