It usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant. Drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.

Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet may make you feel sleepy, dizzy, confused. You may have hallucinations, fits (convulsions) or temporary eyesight problems (such as blurred or double vision) affecting your ability to drive.

Kidney : CAUTION

Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver : CAUTION

Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Kumagyl T 300mg/250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
