You must continue the treatment as prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant. In Syphilis Syphilis is a bacterial infection usually spread by sexual contact. The disease starts as a painless sore particularly on your genitals, rectum or mouth. If diagnosed in early stages, syphilis can be treated with the use of Kaypen 250mg Tablet, which is an antibiotic that kills the infection causing bacteria and also stops progression of the disease. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Follow the doctor’s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.
Consuming alcohol with Kaypen 250mg Tablet does not cause any harmful side effects.
Kaypen 250mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Kaypen 250mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Kaypen 250mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kaypen 250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Kaypen 250mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Kaypen 250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
