Use it regularly to get maximum benefits from the medicine. Do not use more or use longer than prescribed, it will not clear your condition faster and may increase the side effects. You can help the cream work better by keeping the affected areas clean, making sure they are dry, and washing your hands before and after treating the infection. It may cause a burning sensation, itching, irritation, and redness at the site of application. These are not usually serious and resolve on their own.
