In Treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure) Irbepex-AM Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. This effectively lowers blood pressure. If your blood pressure is controlled, you are less at risk of having a heart attack, stroke or kidney problems. Irbepex-AM Tablet must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. Along with taking Irbepex-AM Tablet, make appropriate lifestyle changes, such as eating healthy and staying active to maintain your blood pressure in the normal range.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Irbepex-AM Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Irbepex-AM Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. It helps to control your blood pressure and prevents future complications such as heart attacks or strokes. Irbepex-AM Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at a fixed time each day to get maximum benefits from it. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. The most common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, lightheadedness, and upset stomach. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and blood glucose level while taking this medicine. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease. You must tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
