Ildamen Injection is a medicine used for treating heart-related chest pain (angina) caused due to narrowing of blood vessels of the heart. It relieves chest pain by increasing blood flow to the heart and improving heart functioning. Ildamen Injection is administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional and should not be self-administered. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take it. This may change from time to time depending on your condition. You can also improve the health of your heart by making some lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, cutting down on alcohol, eating well, taking regular exercise and managing stress. The most common side effect of this medicine is a change in taste and feeling dizzy. This medicine may not suitable for some people. You must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney disease. Also, let your doctor know all the other medications you are using. This medicine is not usually recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
