If severely infected, hospitalisation may also be needed in such patients. Idoxine Ointment is used for the treatment of diabetic ulcers. The antimicrobial properties of this medicine helps in prevention of infection, promotes healing and helps in formation of healthy skin. Keep the affected area clean.
