The symptoms of amoebiasis include loose stools (diarrhea), stomach cramps and stomach pain. Idometrol Tablet helps to treat this infection by killing the infection causing parasites. It relieves these symptoms and also helps you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it and you should drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Idometrol Tablet is to be taken with food.
Idometrol Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of amebiasis. It helps relief the symptoms and speed up recovery. Idometrol Tablet is best taken after food. This will help minimize side effects. Take it in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it more or less. Take it regularly every day at the same time to get maximum benefit. Do jot stop taking the medicine until you complete the full dose. This medicine may cause a few side effects such as fever, chills, thyroid gland enlargement (neck swelling), blurred vision, and peripheral neuropathy. If you experience any of these side effects, and it bothers you, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent the side effects.
