In Pain relief INSTREL GEL gives relief in inflammatory conditions that affect muscles and joints such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also helps reduce pain and swelling after surgery. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. Along with painkillers, this medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery. Apply INSTREL GEL 2-3 times in a day or as prescribed by the doctor. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
