It does not treat an angina attack that has already begun and should not be used for this purpose. It works by relaxing and widening blood vessels in the heart. This makes it easier for blood to flow to the heart, so it gets more oxygen. This medicine thus helps to increase your ability to exercise and go about your daily life more easily and confidently. It should be taken regularly to be effective.
Consuming alcohol while taking IMNIT 30MG TABLET may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
IMNIT 30MG TABLET may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
IMNIT 30MG TABLET is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
IMNIT 30MG TABLET may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
IMNIT 30MG TABLET is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of IMNIT 30MG TABLET is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
IMNIT 30MG TABLET is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of IMNIT 30MG TABLET may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If you miss a dose of IMNIT 30MG TABLET, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
