In Treatment of Bacterial eye infections I-Brom Plus Ophthalmic Solution is used to treat bacterial infection of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for atleast a week. Your symptoms might improve after using I-Brom Plus Ophthalmic Solution. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning. In Treatment of Post operative pain I-Brom Plus Ophthalmic Solution helps relieve pain, swelling and redness after an eye surgery (cataract surgery). This medicine works by decreasing the production of certain chemicals that cause pain and swelling around the eyes. You might need to use I-Brom Plus Ophthalmic Solution twice a day for atleast 14 days after surgery or use as prescribed to get the most benefit.

This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.
