In Hypertension (high blood pressure) HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. It also eliminates excess water from the body and increases urine output. This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, or kidney problems in the future. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE is to be taken empty stomach.
HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of medicines that helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It helps to reduce chances of any future heart attack and stroke. HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE should be taken on empty stomach preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. Keeping active with regular exercise, reducing your weight and eating a healthy diet will also help control your blood pressure. Follow your doctor’s advice while taking this medicine. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, and slow heart rate are some common side effects of this medicine. Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving : UNSAFE

HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney : CAUTION

HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver : CAUTION

HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of HIPRES D 50MG/2.5MG/25MG CAPSULE, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
