In Treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure) Granry-AM Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. It also removes extra water and salts from the body by increasing the amount of urine. Altogether, it helps in lowering your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is controlled you are less at risk of having a heart attack, stroke or kidney problems. Granry-AM Tablet must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. Along with taking Granry-AM Tablet, make appropriate lifestyle changes, such as eating healthy and staying active, to maintain your blood pressure in the normal range.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Granry-AM Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Granry-AM Tablet is a combination of three medicines used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It helps to control high blood pressure and prevents complications such as heart attacks, strokes, and kidney failure. Granry-AM Tablet may be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Take it regularly and at the same time each day. Keep taking the medicine until your doctor tells you not to. Continue taking the medicine even if you feel well to get full benefit. High blood pressure doesn’t usually have symptoms and if you stop taking it your risk of heart attack or stroke may increase. The most common side effect is dizziness. Other side effects include feeling tired, nausea, diarrhea, headache, and decreased blood pressure. You may experience other possible side effects, but most are rare. Make sure you read the leaflet that comes with your medicines and tell your doctor if you’re bothered by side effects or they won’t go away. It may be possible to adjust your dose or try a different medicine. Do not use potassium supplements or salt substitutes unless your doctor has told you to. Let your doctor also know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as it may cause harmful effects to the developing baby. Let your doctor also know if you have kidney or liver disease, heart trouble or diabetes. Avoid alcohol while on treatment with this medicine. Drinking alcohol can further lower your blood pressure and may cause side effects.
