Limited information is available on the use of Giganite 3mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

    Ans: Giganite 3mg Tablet starts working shortly after you take it. The maximum levels of Giganite 3mg Tablet are reached within an hour of taking it. Taking Giganite 3mg Tablet may make you feel sleepy and sleepiness may persist for some time. This is the reason that you should prefer taking Giganite 3mg Tablet immediately before you go to bed, or after you have gone to bed but could not fall asleep. Moreover, take Giganite 3mg Tablet only if you know that you will be able to stay in bed for at least 7 to 8 hours after taking the medication.
