In Treatment of Fever This medicine works for high body temperature as well. Paracetamol, which is another active ingredient along with Aceclofenac, lowers down the body temperature of your child by blocking the chemical messengers in the brain responsible for signaling a rise in body temperature. In Pain relief G Gesic Syrup is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect joints and muscles. Some of the conditions in which G Gesic Syrup is used are rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Kidney : CAUTION

G Gesic Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of G Gesic Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your child’s doctor thoroughly before giving this medicine to your child. The use of G Gesic Syrup is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease.

Liver : CAUTION

G Gesic Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of G Gesic Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving G Gesic Syrup to your child. Regular monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.

    Ans: The use of G Gesic Syrup is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine or in patients with known allergy to other painkillers (NSAIDs). It should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.
