Fenspar 50mg Patch is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment and for at least 72 hours after removal of the patch as it may cause breathing difficulty.
