Fenodol-XL Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

  Ans: Fenodol-XL Tablet contains Paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level.
