Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet also helps increase thickness of the lining of the womb so that the egg can implant if it becomes fertilised. This increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. Overall, Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet improves the function of the female reproductive organs. Take this medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat various forms of female infertility. It works by replacing the natural hormone (estrogen) in the body and furthermore, widens the blood vessels to increase the blood flow of the uterus. Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. This is done to ensure consistent levels of medicine in the body. It should be taken as per your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and indigestion are some common side effects of this medicine. However, consult with your doctor if menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods happen or bother you. Alcohol : UNSAFE

Pregnancy : UNSAFE

Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving : UNSAFE

Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney : CAUTION

Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver : CAUTION

Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal.

If you miss a dose of Endothik ES 2 mg/25 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
