In Treatment of Allergic conditions Declor SR 6mg Tablet is used to treat many different inflammatory and allergic conditions. It helps treat runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. It works by lowering your immune system’s response to these conditions and prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. It helps relieve symptoms such as swelling, pain, itching, and other allergic-type reactions. If you are not sure why you are being given this medicine, ask your doctor. This medicine is given orally (by mouth). You should always take it as it has been prescribed for you. Do not stop taking it without your doctor’s advice. This can cause unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Because this medicine weakens your immune system, you should avoid being near people who are ill or have infections.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Declor SR 6mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnancy : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Declor SR 6mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Declor SR 6mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or prolonged use of Declor SR 6mg Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby

Driving : UNSAFE

Declor SR 6mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Liver : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited information available on the use of Declor SR 6mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Declor SR 6mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
