In Treatment of Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms Darif 7.5 Tablet PR helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that causes frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate that may occur with some infections of the urinary tract. This way it helps manage the overactive bladder symptoms efficiently.

Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Darif 7.5 Tablet PR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Darif 7.5 Tablet PR is a muscarinic antagonist that is used in the treatment of overactive bladder. It relieves urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control urination. Darif 7.5 Tablet PR is advised to take it in a dose and duration as per prescription. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow the medicine as a whole without crushing or chewing it. You should not stop taking the medicine without consulting the doctor as it may lead to the worsening of your symptoms. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy of the medicine. Some of the common side effects of this medicine are constipation, headache, dry mouth, dry eye, and nasal dryness. If any of the side effects bother you or persist, consult the doctor without delay. They may be able to suggest ways to prevent or reduce the side effects. Before receiving the treatment, inform your doctor if you are on any medication for any other health condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, tell your doctor prior to the treatment. This medicine is not recommended for people with severe liver disease must. Darif 7.5 Tablet PR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Darif 7.5 Tablet PR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving : UNSAFE

Darif 7.5 Tablet PR may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Darif 7.5 Tablet PR may cause effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, trouble sleeping or drowsiness. This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Darif 7.5 Tablet PR is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Darif 7.5 Tablet PR is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.

Liver : CAUTION

Darif 7.5 Tablet PR should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Darif 7.5 Tablet PR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Darif 7.5 Tablet PR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
